It's been that way for a long time. Excluding homicides, when it comes to interracial black/white violent crime, there were 593,000 instances of it in 2018 and it's 90% black on white.
That's what happens when a person isn't raised properly. 70% of black children are raised in a single parent environment.
How can one human do that to another? Then just walk away like nothing happened? That person in the video is subhuman. And based on the statistics alot of others are too.

This actually isn't something new. This has been going on for years, but until recently there was not the video coverage that there is now so a lot of it went unnoticed.
The issue is the disparity, as even though situations like this happen all of the time they won't get MSM coverage because it doesn't fit their agenda. But if the races were reversed it would be front-page news and there would be marches demanding justice.
