He has zero authority to mandate private companies with 100 or more employees vaccinate their employees.
He knows this will not work. And even if all of these companies and their employees across the country willingly complied with this - which they will not - it would not effectively alter the trajectory of this virus throughout our society. And they know it.
Why no vaccine mandate to collect government assistance (unemployment, welfare, SSI, social security, etc.)? That seems well within the authority of the Fed Govt if these other categories are.
Are they trying to get full compliance, or not? The selective enforcement does not inspire confidence.
All I can say? Is ITS TIME! Time for civil war. I’m afraid they leave no choice. Now I don’t mean one with bullets and blood, yet, but one where we push back against this with every tool at our disposal, up to and including states receding from the union.
I would love some of the states to recede from the union.
The part about being able to get home tests at cost is one positive.
Purchasing and faster distribution of the Monoclonal Antibodies doses is a second one.
