No one is allowed to breath outside if they are not vaccinated .. Biden is also telling those that are vaccinated to wear 3 masks. It will stop the virus but thousands will die from suffocation. There is always a fine if two masks are worn and one mask wearers will get life in prison.
The part about being able to get home tests at cost is one positive.
Purchasing and faster distribution of the Monoclonal Antibodies doses is a second one.
So it wasn't all bad.
I would never authorize home tests as an employer because people can basically just stick the swab in there and not test themselves and I don’t think there’s any way to detect that so I would only allow in person testing somewhere
Why no vaccine mandate to collect government assistance (unemployment, welfare, SSI, social security, etc.)? That seems well within the authority of the Fed Govt if these other categories are.
Are they trying to get full compliance, or not? The selective enforcement does not inspire confidence.

Hospitalized kids, probably half of them, are there because of RSV, not Covid.

First it was the carrot (get to take your mask off) now it's the stick (threat of your livelihood). By that token, we demand the following:
100% of all noncitizens immediately kicked out of the country if they are unvaccinated
100% of all welfare stopped if unvaccinated. Every last dime stops.
100% of all incoming immigrants vaccinated or they get dragged to the nearest border without question
He has declared war on Americans and the Constitution.
