I don't see any difference between a fertilized egg passing naturally (which 30-40% do) versus, for example, having an IUD in place which prevents implantation. Do you think an IUD (or pill, patch, or injection, or even the morning after pill) acts in "violence"?

I do know the difference between eating a chicken egg (fertilized or not, people eat them both ways) and eating chicken. Just like I know the difference between a human egg (fertilized or not) and a human.

A murder charge can ONLY be imposed when it is a REAL HUMAN LIFE.

If a woman loses her preborn baby due to negligence on her part, i,e., drunk driving can she be charged with the death of her fetus? The laws limitting alcohol use by pregnant women vary from state to state.
