Why? IF mail-in ballots are trustworthy for those people, why are they not for others?
Because there is a difference between being physically unable to vote in person, unless you have a person willing to transport you and your wheel chair to the voting place. Or a person in the military forced to serve overseas or their duty station is in a different state. There is a difference between someone just to lazy too get their ass to the poll, or because they chose to be out of state during early in-person voting or on election day.
I looked critically at Trump, and decided he's a worthless human being. I gave him a chance at the beginning, but he showed very quickly that he was going to be autocratic, and did not intend to follow the laws, or common sense. Read the interviews with Rex Tillerson, where he said he told Trump "Mr. President, I support the policy goal here, but there are laws that have to be followed" and Trump blew him off, and then broke the law.{snip}
Well, that's a lie. Why didn't Pelosi and Schiff impeach Trump for "breaking that law," instead of going thru the process of impeaching him without being able to cite even one violation of federal law???
People like you make all of these false claims that Trump broke the law, and yet his political enemies in the US House of Reps never cited any law Trump violated
Except it does when said blue states pass laws enabling one party to cheat at will. And then the officials responsible for investigating and prosecuting the cheating are in on it.

Florida got it right. DeSantis did not allow a big mail out of ballots to everyone, even dead people got a ballot and they mailed them in . Trump won Florida because there was no cheating with everyone getting a mail in ballot .
And customs found printed ballots coming from China going to various states.. many got through customs. They cheated .
I don't think they'll be another fraud again. If they wanted another Donald Trump in office, then maybe those southern states will think of something again. This to show America that we don't need another white supreme leader who will discuss war, then send blacks in the war, only to counsel the families of those blacks that their son has died. Then getting a speech thanking them for their service. Just like they did in Vietnam to the families of the blacks. Hand in a letter of condolences. This they want to avoid.
