I said early on in the now deleted thread last night that it seemed like it may have been a police chase because eyewitnesses also reported hearing sirens at the same time.
It's not unusual to hear sirens at a parade. Emergency vehicles often escort the parade, in fact sometimes are PART of the parade. The thug traveled the entire length of the parade route, started hitting people about midway. If police had turned on sirens at the time he crashed the initial barricades, people would have heard sirens before he even hit people.
Right. You know what they say, no one ever does anything drunk they don't want to do sober, except vomit.
She's in a position high enough where she must normally have a filter. So while she thought stuff like that before, she was able to keep her mouth shut.
How does your mind even go to "babies in strollers, little girls dancing in a parade, HS band members and grandmothers" somehow brought this horror on themselves? Only a sick, evil mind thinks that way. If she leaves the country forever that would good.
I guess we'll see, but that's been reported. Something involving a crime with a knife. You can hear the sirens closeby as he careened into the crowd.
Look at the map. If they turned on sirens when he initially crashed through the barricades, people would have been hearing sirens before he started hittin people. In addition, he drove the entire length of the parade route.

Investigate the police- blame them, if they hadn't chased the poor scared oppressed black man it wouldn't have happened. Oh, count on it.

We need to start punishing people for the crimes they commit. Stop putting them in prison for a short while and giving them iPads and special treatment. Crime rate in Saudi Arabia is low. They punish you like no other. People don't want to commit crimes there.
Here in the US, you can kill and be out on bail the next day to repeat more crime. People say the jails are too crowded? Then make more prisons and jails. If someone commits a felon, don't permit them to have bail. How are you going to stop crime if there is no punishment?
We have all these illegals coming here which increases our crime a great deal. We are putting too much of our tax money giving people that don't belong here benefits. Close the danged border and use that tax money to build more jails and prisons. Let's help our country's crime lower and not permit more crime to enter. That makes no sense.
But of course the lefties are the party of no common sense. More crime brings more doom and gloom which is what they love.

What I was hearing on talk radio was about what we can do in the future if police are in pursuit and they know the person fleeing is headed to a crowd, etc.

He had at least 6 opportunities to turn off that route, too. It was no accident. This was intentional.
Are you basing this on any known facts or is it just what you WANT to believe?
The police chief clearly said last night that they were looking into whether or not there had been a police chase. It is certinly possible and we'll know one way or the other sooner or later.
