However, if I had my way the Cubans wouldn't have been able to jump on rafts and enter our country the way they have either.
You missed the fact it isn't Mexican's. Check out Nicaragua, Honduras and one of the rights favorite's Venezuela.

People also need to check out the people who are building and laboring. DeSantis is pandering as good as Trump did.

Pandering? You don't think Biden is pandering to the progressive left, at the EXPENSE of the American taxpayer? and jeopardizing our safety?

Governor DeSantis is REACTING to illegal immigrants who are a potential threat to Floridians and to a greater extent Americans.

Secure the border and Biden's pandering will stop and DeSantis reaction will stop as well.

Speaking of asylum what about all the Afghans that helped us for years being left behind to be murdered?
So let me get this right - those on the right want to give money and opportunities to inner city families? To the homeless? To welcome the Afghans who have come to this country instead of being left behind? But but but aren't you worried about WHO is going to PAY for all that? I thought those on the right believed in personal responsibility, if you don't work for it you don't get it, etc, etc, etc. No social welfare state. Who knew...

No, I didn't. I also said Central Americans. There are also millions of Mexicans here illegally. It doesn't matter where these illegals are from they need to be repelled and deported. Trump and most Republicans do want a mandated e-verify to stop the hiring of illegal aliens and those bills have been presented in congress by the GOP but the Democrats refuse to sign one. I don't know what you mean by pandering as if it's a bad thing. It's wrong to pander to law abiding Americans? Both Trump and De Santis have taken steps to deter and repel illegal immigration so WTH are you talking about?

You're not getting the point! Most on the right don't have a problem helping truly needy Americans through no fault of their own. It's the lazy who'd rather live on welfare that we don't want to help.

At any rate none of our taxes should towards helping illegal aliens whether or not they want to help needy Americans.

Well Heather, you got it wrong. Why because you see fault where none exists. Here what you refuse to see through the lens of obtuseness.

The right want to empower inner city business to let families earn their own money. We call it enterprise zones not welfare.

Homeless people could be managed better if the state and local officials acknowledged what they're doing is not helping. A program similar to the CCC during depression has been suggested many times. This is a solvable problem. Not all homeless people can be put in the same bucket like dems do.

Afghans who assisted Americas and who are green card holders are absolutely welcome... with open arms. This does not include the general population who support combatants.

It was never a question of having enough money, it has always been about priorities and that means Americans first.

Now you know the rest of the story.

The liberal left are such hypocrites. They compare the left's pandering to illegals and their ethnocentric voters with the right pandering to law abiding Americans?
