Leftists are angry that they wasted away in their basements for two years for nothing, and people in Florida/Texas/Arizona/etc lived their lives basically the whole time with more or less the same results.

Liberals want everyone to be under government control without any freedoms or choices. They want everyone to abide by the unholy trinity of clueless goofballs -- Biden, Faucci, and Pelosi.

I have too, and i live in the communists state of Illinois. Have been on more than 75 flights, gone to two other continents, have had 15 plus vacation trips with my family, and have been in public (outside of healthcare facilities) without masks since June of 2020. None of my employees wear masks in either of my businesses nor have i mandated a damn thing. Took a single shot of J & J in April of 2021, zero boosters.

Yep DeSantis' compassion and concern for the elderly was well known in FL

Remember his God's waiting room comments? He isn't fit to hold public office.

Why do you ask such nonsensical questions no matter what the topic is?

As a veteran, I can speak about this. The military is not a producer of anything. The military is about meting out death and destruction. It is a consumer but never a producer.

Firefighters and police depts are always local which mean the smaller the government, the better it is.
I have to disagree. In my opinion, "government" is a very good system for delivering certain goods and services that don't lend themselves to a market solution. I am also a vet and I can assure you that the military has produced THOUSANDS of technologies that benefit society. Ever hear of GPS? What about microwave ovens? Velcro maybe? Oh I know one, certainly you've heard about jet aircraft. All of those technologies and thousands more were developed by government employees, getting a government paycheck, using facilities run by other government employees.

My point is that it's just too simple and lazy to say government = bad. That's not true. Medicare works quite well actually. So does the Postal Service. I'm very happy that I can safely fly across the country and the FAA makes sure that's true. I WOULD NEVER LEAVE THAT TO THE AIRLINES!!!!! Just a few, amongst many, examples of government = good.
