wrong.. you used one coach who had 21 years experience as a head coach and never coached again.
He wasn’t in his 3rd year and fired after a 10 win season.
The other 2 don’t matter because they are different sports.
and remember I said its not common. I didn’t say it never happens I said “rarely” happens. Show
me a few 3rd year NFL head coach fired with after a 10 win season. Its RARE.
Interesting how you continue to ignore that Flores made his own bed with the Dolphins. Had he played nice with Tua, the GM, and ownership he’d still be there.
In other words none but meeting Dungy, and has nothing to do with thinking owners should be hiring black head coaches, unless you talk to Dungy about it?
umm, Dungy wrote a letter to owners and let it be known how he feels about the lack of Black head coaches. I didn’t have to talk to him to know that.
You asked if I knew coaches.. not head coaches. Not my concern if you believe me or not.

That isn’t the discussion I had with this person. We were discussing other examples of coaches being fired when they were trending upwards.
One example of Schotty not meeting expectations in his 21st year is not the same thing. His other 2 examples weren’t even NFL coaches.

So you don’t talk to any coaches, and just because folks believe they know how owners should spend their money means nothing.
Didn’t say I didn’t believe you. Knowing coaches or not has nothing to do with wanting black coaches hired. Nobody has the right to spend other folks money for them.

I really don't understand the coaching racism issue. It's the players that make money, and they are mostly Black. Take for example, the Seahawks, who sucked this last season. Pete Carroll, the coach makes $8 million. His quarterback Russell Wilson, who is Black, makes $32 million.

You continually bring up about Flores being fired after only 3 seasons and a 10 win season because of race. Flores made his own bed and had zero to do with racism. If the organization was racist they wouldn’t have hired him to begin with. Flores got himself fired.
