We are already beaten over the head with required classes on discrimination to the point where they warn us we could be sued for saying that a property has a nice view of the water. We could run afoul and offend blind people. The same goes when describing a property as walk to town or walk to beach that might offend people that cannot walk.



It really is all nonsense and in the case of the book "White Fragility" it is racist. The test for this is putting in place any race but white as in "Black Fragility" and let your common sense tell you it is wrong. It is wrong and racist to single out any race.



The NAR is losing their grip on the market as it is becoming easier for people to use online and mobile apps like Zillow.

The writing is on the wall for the future of NAR and this might be their attempt to stay relevant?
They will just raise the national dues, again. Were you around when they hiked them $40 in one year? That was to prevent political subside, their terms.

Oh, they opened it up for discussion. Created a web site for the "discussion". Glad I got out after over 20 years of their crapp.
