Share the planet? We share our nation with would-be dictators.
I live in the U.S. where the Republican Party has been working diligently to overturn elections in order to install candidates who were not elected.
At tremendous cost, Ukrainians are demonstrating how to deal with dictators.
Certainly, by the end of April, if not by the end of this month, the Russians will be completely destroyed and driven out of Ukraine. I will be watching this development carefully.

Putin has switched strategy to attrition, which means Russian forces will continue a sustained attack aimed destroy towns and villages from the air or a distance via missiles and artillery, until the Ukraine is finally submits to signing a deal with Russia, on Putin's terms.
This change in strategy is most likely the result of Russian not being able to advance as planned, and meeting stiff resistance from the Ukrainian forces, which could result in even heavier Russian casualties if they were to engage in urban warfare in Ukrainian cities.
A war of attrition is not pleasant, and could lead to cities being reduced to rumble in a similar way to the Battle of Aleppo in Syria.

Russian occupied Crimea will still be Russian occupied, and the pro-Russian separatists in Luhansk and Donestsk will still be pro-Russian separatists and recognized by Moscow.
You’re clearly not watching the correct development.
That’s not to say Russia will “win” or “occupy” parts of Ukraine long term, that’s just stating the facts of a country with ethnic Russians who border Russia.
RIP, thank you for your service. With sad situations like this exercise, it’s a good thing we will never have actual US boots on the ground in Ukraine.
I don't see how this ends well for Russia. The problem is that even if Putin is overthrown, the people around him that can do it are probably on the same page ideology wise, look up siloviki.
those people will also be tried for war crimes or on a indicted list. From cabinet members, ex-kgb guys, and body guards. A cleansing sort of speak.

I'm sure they are doing it like Aleppo, but this time they will be held accountable. Putin's days are numbered. I also believe all the seized $$ from the oligarchs or Russia will be used to rebuild Ukraine. This is why i believe even after the war is over and when Putin's regime is gone, the Russian people will still suffer. You can bet all those billions will be used to rebuild all of the cities/town in Ukraine.
