Liberals want the LGBT lifestyle to be accepted into the mainstream like they believe rap music or ghetto culture has been accepted into the mainstream.
But there's this concept called desirability that liberals don't get.
This story made me wonder why isn’t hormone therapy etc. used to correct the brain/body to match the genitals?
Instead of mutilating the body, and adding hormones that increase the “problem”, why not try to bring the “mind” back in synch with the body they were born with?
That is a treatment option that has been explored. Transition remains the most successful therapy.
To impact the brain development issue, it would have to be identified and corrected in the womb.
I got this mental picture of someone trying desperately to pull a door open, sweat pouring, feet sliding. Then someone walks by them and 'pushes' the door open and walks out.
What do people think of this direction? Don't let it fade away as a joke.
I am very curious to hear the arguments. Using hormones to bring them the other way in sync with their body.
I've said before I'm not a fan of teaching it in our schools. As long as only consenting adults are involved, it's none of my business and, no, it does not affect me.
It does affect you.
Refusing to acknowledge that it affects you doesn't change the truth.
That's where things are still murky. Is it endocrine disruptor exposure in the womb? Misbalance of hormones?
