riot (singular), to file formal charges against people participated on Jan 6.
Yet, you think DOJ under Barr was responsible to file charges against the BLM riots (plural) began on May 25 and ended sometime in Nov 2020? Barr last day as AG was Dec 23, 2020

So the proud boys and oathkeepers, etc. masquerading as Trump supporters did the harm, why aren't they on trial? this came out in not only today's hearings but the other day too. they were the ones who planned the riots a few weeks before Trumps' rally.

Very compelling live testimony today from Trump's inner circle. The pressure that Mike Pence was under... just wow, unbelievavble. Eastman asking for a pardon. The Federal Judge was clearly overwhelmed and appeared heart-broken about the events.
