They don't need to. Merrick Garland and his Band of Merry Prosecutors are hanging on every word spoken in the hearings, and itching to get their hands on the thousand transcripts of everyone who has been interviewed.
I never figured they would refer anyone for criminal charges outside the contempt charges for ignoring subpoenas. Meadows and Scavino weren't indicted even after the Committee referred them, though Bannon and Navarro were. That generally means one of two things. Either Meadows and Scavino already have other indictments waiting for them that are much more comprehensive, and they want to avoid them trying a fishing expedition to find out what the DOJ knows, or they have already flipped and are cooperating fully for leniency in a plea deal.
We'll know soon enough what's up.
Ahhh, back to Garland as the flavor of the week to get him.
The fishing expedition is what’s being done during the hearings…and Dems will have to settle for the little fish being caught.

1,000 garbage transcripts. Unlike the kangaroo court in congress, in real law and order, the burden of proof lays on the government and there is an obstacle call defense and challenge and discovery of evidence which doesn't exist in Pelosi's circus.

Lol. Garland was tactfully ripping the committee for their public interrogations and for the other ways that they're mishandling their investigation. In a normal world the investigations would have been handled quietly and any information would come out with the legal filings, as Garland had basically mentioned. There wouldn't be the constant drips and leaking of information, no grandstanding, nor a public circus on display.
The vast majority of people used to be against civil rights and civil liberties abuses, seems that manner of thinking has changed for many.
The hearings are important for all patriots to watch.
If you can't watch the Thursday hearing live, there are going to be many online watch parties streaming the hearing in full throughout the day. The world is watching. See you there.
