Not sure Trump would allow that. It would mean he becomes insignificant in the party.

DeSantis running as his VP would be more preferable.

Nah, he could endorse DeSantis like so many others he’s endorsed, and he has an excellent record. Last I saw he was up to 70 candidates winning who he’s endorsed. Because Trump is as significant as he wants to be.

Trump had policies?

What exactly was his health care policy?

DeSantis doesn't need Trumps endorsement. He is already loved by the maga crowd. If DeSantis became president, Trump would lose all his influence and power. DeSantis would have all the influence.

Lol. If because Trump endorses DeSantis it means that he’s not interested in running for POTUS…and still wouldn’t lose all of his influence and power. You just want him to lose it.

I did not read this entire thread so if someone stated this, the mod can delete this one.
DeSantis has stated he has no interest in being president, and wants to stay governor of Florida.
I believe if he has a change of heart down the road, he will ask trump to pick him as his running mate.

Bingo…What’s interesting is that neither have said they’re running, but Dems are consumed with them and thinking they’re running because they’re scared to death of because Trump running, and they’re associating DeSantis with him.

Trump would definitely lose his influence if DeSantis runs and wins. Here we would have a 43 year old versus an old washed up 75 year old former president who's still complaining about his loss. Our country needs the younger generation to take over.
