I have never heard of a "child abuse doctor" before. That's another thing off about the story.
The Attorney General of Ohio has stated they have no report of this alleged crime, as well.

She has a long record of pushing the agenda too.

It is a hoax. No police report. No rape kit. No rapist in jail.

Kind of dumb for that Dr. to spread a fake story that can be easily debunked. She as a Dr. would have to let the AG know if she suspects the 10 yr old was a rape victim and was her patient.

She'd have to let IN officials know. The OH doctor would have to let OH officials know. Imagine here, 10+ days later and the OH doctor has not initiated any type of criminal charge or investigation.

”On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost (R) stated that Ohio’s abortion law “has a medical emergency exception, broader than just the life of the mother.” And that even if the story about a 10-year-old rape victim in Ohio having to travel to Indiana to obtain an abortion is true, “she did not have to leave Ohio to find treatment.” Yost also said that if the story is true, the original doctor in Ohio who treated the victim committed a crime by failing to report the story despite being a mandated reporter.”

”Yost said, “We don’t know who the originating doctor in Ohio was, if they even exist. But the bottom line is it is a crime, if you’re a mandated reporter, to fail to report.”

Because of HIPAA it wouldn't be quite that easy to debunk, and that's probably what the Dr was thinking about when she came up with this scheme. Though, apparently the Dr. failed to consider that the reporting of the rape would be fairly easy to check.

If/when this is proven to be false then that would show the Dr. is unethical, and she should lose her license.

I am glad that they are looking into the story more closely. There are a lot of red flags with the story that show it's not legit.

Definitely. It should not be unpunished.
