That means the mother would have had to report her daughter's rape, which she clearly didn't want to do in OH. Had the rape been reported in OH, the girl would have legally been able to have an abortion per OH law. Why the absurdly ridiculous mad dash to another state for an abortion she legally could have had MUCH closer to home?
None of this makes any sense, which is why even OH's AG is stumped on this. Abortion under these circumstances is legal and there are no cases in the OH state crime lab matching the facts of this alleged incident. Why didn't the doctor originally seen in OH report the rape of a minor, as required by law?
...someone was trying real hard to cover it up
the Dr in IN ran with it.....and blew it for the rest of them
Now I have a big question for all those naysayers in the room. Is sexual child abuse just fake story tales ??? You can’t perceive puberty coming earlier for some girls ??
ah, now we see why the deMSM and xoe biden had so little interest in the actual rape crime committed, and the rapist:

I wouldn't be so sure... The OH AG is on the record stating there was no police report of a raped 10 year old that coincides with this story.
Clearly that is either inaccurate or no longer true.
