Link to the police report? Or, at least give the date it was filed?
I don't have that link. However, I do know that police reports are required to be filed when an arrest is made before the officer logs off from his/her shift. The suspect is in custody, ergo there is a police report.
I did and Yost seems to know less than anyone about this whole thing!
4 people have answered you....the doctor in Ohio committed a crime by not reporting it
Yost spelled it out so even the most simple minded among us should get it.....

Yost also said that if the story is true, the original doctor in Ohio who treated the victim committed a crime by failing to report the story despite being a mandated reporter.”
”Yost said, “We don’t know who the originating doctor in Ohio was, if they even exist. But the bottom line is it is a crime, if you’re a mandated reporter, to fail to report.”
Thanks for the link, that definitely closes the question on this.
The issue for me was that the doctor that released the story wasn't providing the name of the referring doctor so there was no way to verify anything and she wouldn't say when asked.
Maybe she got her wrist slapped at work for even mentioning the kids age of 10 and so she shut up.
But that's not good journalism but at least they got the scoop first and now we know a week later or so that it's actually true and not Rolling Stone all over again.
More importantly though, poor kid. I hope the guy that did this suffers.
And there's no such a thing as a "child abuse doctor." It sounded phony.

Was it? Or did the investigation just begin? Maybe because of public pressure?
It doesn't sound like they did a rape test on her right after the rape. Instead, it sounds like they took DNA samples in Indiana from the aborted material.
Over the past few days no one seemed to be able to find records about a rape.
Why is it written like that in the original article? It makes it sound phony.
I don't watch fox news.
