Because there weren't any. I and I'm sure many others would like to know why. A State AG wouldn't risk his career and go on record stating there were no reports unless there weren't any.

No report to protect a family member, prominent citizen, or local government official who committed the supposed rape? Maybe. And then they conveniently hang their hat on an illegal alien who doesn't speak English, they don't even know his true identity, and he is very likely confused as to what's going on? Really fishy...

Okay, this whole process started on June 22 and Yost knew nothing about it until this week. He's clearly not in the know. I doubt he knows if it was reported or not. CPS certainly knew about it, as stated in this article. Yost has proven that he is unreliable. And why would you focus on whether a doctor reported it. That is not the story here.

Maybe there was no report of a rape before her abortion?
By law the doctors were required to report that rape. It doesn't appear that they did.

Irrelevant. The OH doctor who originally saw the supposedly pregnant minor girl was legally obligated to report the rape. So why wasn't it reported?

Relevant to your post.
There would be nothing in OH crime lab if there is no material evidence, like a rape kit.

they are saying he raped her at least twice....

so he had access to her

I say he's the mom's boyfriend....the mom took her across state lines to try to keep her boyfriend from going to prison

...and the first doctor....if there even was one....was complicit

It doesn't sound like they did a rape test on her right after the rape. Instead, it sounds like they took DNA samples in Indiana from the aborted material.

Over the past few days no one seemed to be able to find records about a rape.
The piece I read said that it was CPS who contacted the police. I don't know the timeline, but as a parent, I do think it is reasonable to seek help for your child first and worry about criminal prosecution afterwards.

I'd want that abortion done ASAP. Then counseling, Deal with the other stuff later. Priorities.
Everyone has different priorities.

The rapist has confessed to raping her twice. He is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Guatamala. President Trump has been proven correct again. Rapists ARE coming across our border. Thanks Brandon.
