Why did the AG'S office say that there were no reports?
Because there weren't any. I and I'm sure many others would like to know why. A State AG wouldn't risk his career and go on record stating there were no reports unless there weren't any.
No report to protect a family member, prominent citizen, or local government official who committed the supposed rape? Maybe. And then they conveniently hang their hat on an illegal alien who doesn't speak English, they don't even know his true identity, and he is very likely confused as to what's going on? Really fishy...

Okay, this whole process started on June 22 and Yost knew nothing about it until this week. He's clearly not in the know. I doubt he knows if it was reported or not. CPS certainly knew about it, as stated in this article. Yost has proven that he is unreliable. And why would you focus on whether a doctor reported it. By law the doctors were required to report that rape. It doesn't appear that they did.

It doesn't sound like they did a rape test on her right after the rape. Instead, it sounds like they took DNA samples in Indiana from the aborted material.

I'd want that abortion done ASAP. Then counseling, Deal with the other stuff later. Priorities.
