Yes, I know where the altitude of planes can fly, but in that area of alaska, what airline?

Maybe you can show us some airplane routes over Alaska, in that area?

LOVE how you evaded the question. Yes, airplanes go north. Give us a comparison on where the actual north pole is vs. north pole alaska (not the actual north pole).

I don't understand the point of the balloons as a spying device. China has satellites that can see everything they want to see. Why the balloon then?

It was to pick up audio communications, which a satellite can't do. I have no clue how the Chinese would be able to time the balloon passover with the communications they sought, so it must be some kind of on-going communication.

Seems weird, but the evil Chi-Coms don't do anything without a solid reason.

Maybe these balloons having nothing to do with "seeing things", although they undoubtedly have cameras, their main purpose most likely has to do with eavesdropping and trying to intercept communications.

This was talked about in a different balloon thread. Balloons are sometimes better than satellites. They are cheaper to use, can get in closer, can get clearer pictures, can stay for longer periods of time and gather much more data, etc. Why else would they even bother to use balloons if satellites were so much better?

Biden wastes $400,000 using a missile when a few rounds of .50cal bullets would have been sufficient.
