Nothing will ever be done about it. A SC justice can only be impeached and trying to get Republicans on board to put their Conservative majority in jeopardy and give Biden a judicial appointment will never happen. Thomas knows this.

Yep, most rationale people know this.

So that brings up the question of "why" would people put this out there and with both R's and D's, they'll pick dead end topics to rile up the gullible base that they're doing something in order to get donations, free publicity etc.

Then you have the media sources that need the clicks to pay salaries.

In a nutshell, trolling the blue\red sheep.

It doesn’t make sense to you that a legal scholar and a judge wouldn’t have been sure of the legality before accepting the invitations? It’s just another typical Lib witch hunt.

I love how the liberals think that conservatives should take a vow of poverty and refrain from socializing with wealthy friends, but Hunter Biden can travel the globe getting paid commensurate with his brilliant business acumen and sharing his hard earned wealth with his totally impartial father.

Per everything I've read he is in full compliance with SC reporting rules.

Anyway, isn't this all racist racist racist???? Or does that just apply if the subject is a communist, aka leftist?

They're gunning for all of them, literally in the case of Kavanaugh.
Exactly. Court-packing ain't going to happen with a G.O.P. house so they're trying to pick off judges they don't like.

.................meanwhile, the real corruption that affects the nation, Biden's being bought by China, is ignored.

In addition, insider trading and bribes are accepted as "business as usual" among the dems.

The comparisons with Hunter Biden are absurd in the extreme. Hunter Biden is nothing but a private citizen. He does not make decisions in the course of his work that affect the daily lives and affairs of millions of American citizens and businesses. He is a relative nobody compared to Thomas.

If one must engage in whataboutism to excuse the scoundrel Thomas at least attempt to make it comparable.

You would! Great...I'll have a car pick you up Monday morning and bring you to the airport, my plane will be waiting, and I'll have a car to bring you to my place.
We will have lunch...then go to the Marina and set sail!
The weather is going to be perfect...and we are so looking forward to seeing you."

Then they stay in the 2 floor penthouse Suite he owns, and have a blast eating the finest food and drinking $1000 bottles of wine.
Then sail back, and he flys them home.

They figure out what the value of all that would be if you bought it yourself.
Very rich people roll like that without a second thought...it's just their regular life.
Crow gave Clarence a bronze statue of his eight grade teacher. $500,000 to Ginni to start her own political group, a Bible that once belonged to abolitionist Frederick Douglass valued at $19,000, a bust of Abraham Lincoln valued at $15,000 and a donation of $175,000 for the wing named in Thomas’s honor at his childhood library in Georgia. This wasn't two day at a penthouse. And he met Clarence five years AFTER he became a Supreme Court Justice. There really is no excuse for it.

To you...those gifts are very expensive....to the very rich, it's nothing.
They could be drinking wine, and someone says how much they like it. Their friend has a case delivered to them.
It's $1500 a bottle.
Someone compliments a painting on their wall...they give them a painting by the artist as a birthday present. It's $85,000 (a Hunter Biden original).
They eat caviar that is $250 per ounce...like you have French onion dip for your potato chips.
They stay in $50,000 per night rooms...and think nothing of losing hundreds of thousands gambling.

You just don't get it. Or, you are jealous that you don't have a rich friend like that.
