sounds like some people here are jealous they don't have any rich friends. He broke no law. He was friends with these people long before he was a Justice. He's lifetime, focus on another angle.

In 2011, the New York Times reported that Crow had done favors for Thomas and his wife, specifically financing a multimillion-dollar restoration of a cannery in Pin Point, Ga., which was a pet project of the justice. The Times also reported that Crow financed a library dedicated to Thomas in Savannah, Ga., and presented him with a Bible that had belonged to Frederick Douglass. It also reported that Crow had provided $500,000 for Ginni Thomas to start a political organization.

If someone says Harlan Crow knew Thomas before he became a Supreme Court Justice, and I show that NO, he met Thomas five years AFTER he became a Supreme Court Justice, what has that to do with your response?
Its not worth mentioning one way or the other, he is staying on the court.
It wasn't illegal when he accepted the travel. Now, the court must declare

Look, I remember Colonel Hogan and Sergeant Shultz, and it seems to me that Hitler would never accept a candy bar gift, and woe it be to whomever would make such an offer.
Integrity is supposed to a hierarchical thing (usually), and Shultz never offered a gift to Hogan.
I also don't think Hitler would have been influenced by a French cook, either.
Me, though, I actually did offer wage raises to any of my employees would increase their cleaning quality and speed.
