proven premeditated murder huh? you mean defending property and being charged by two men. then when the man was about 10 feet from him he shot them. they were criminal thugs to begin with, and this world is better off without them in it. don't do the crime if you can't do the time. wonder how many lives horn saved by getting those scumbags off the street.

Life is tuff, even in LA. But your admonition of "primitive & dangerous over-reactionaries" is just a bit beyond the pale. I'd bet you would call the cops first, and get the thugs to hold up a few minutes, huh? Pitiful.

Fact is he killed 2 scumbags who got what they deserved! stop whining about, this has nothing to do with the joe horn case, joe horn defended himself from 2 ghetto punks, this has to do with a school district allowing a school to openly carry a weapon!

I was surprised to hear that this was the first in the USA.

In many normal areas of the country, people's guns are part of what they carry; like their wallet or keys.

It's only in nanny state areas that this would seem to be a big deal.

And coincidentally the same nanny state areas have the most crime; probably because the most unarmed, vulnerable victims are located there.

If Joe Horn lived in a civil society, the illegals wouldnt have been here to force him to use deadly force for self protection.

If Joe Horn lived in a civil society, crime wouldnt be rampant across the country forcing law abiding citizens to feel compelled to arm themselves and fight the thugs........
now would he????????????????

He doesn't need top. There was a cop at the scene who thinks it was justified. A jury thought it was justified.
Kinda hard to kill men with birdshot unless theyre very close. Kinda hard to get from a neighbors house to within 20 feet if you arent advancing.

Get over it, justice was served.

Nothing wrong with people permitted to carry being allowed to do so in a school. They let you drive your car there. Cars kill more kids than guns.

After seeing some of the teachers out there, probably not a great idea.

If an unstable teacher decides to take out the class, or a student gets a hold of teacher's gun and takes out the class, somebody will have some explainiing to do.

Can people read? This is NOT about simply allowing teachers to carry, let alone carry openly.

Teachers who wish to bring guns will have to be certified to carry a concealed handgun in Texas and get crisis training and permission from school officials, he said.
Its a sound responsible move in a very smart direction.

When was the last time you were deadly assaulted by a thug in high school? [only in Texas would this be allowed & only in Texas would people encourage teachers to pack heat - another of many reasons to avoid that state at all costs].

Maybe if the teachers in Texas weren't allowed to hit students they wouldn't fear for their lives [primitive & dangerous reactionaries
