Yes, how true. the first time I watched him on television, I almost busted a gut. and then, I didn't have any sorry feelings whatsoever.
Used to lie to my parents as a child, and was caught with soooo many, my dad sat me down one time, and told me the truth, which was, if you lie, you'll always get caught in it. only took me 21 years to figure that one out. not that it was difficult, only that it was so easy to get away with lies, and then finally realized it wasn't worth it. people like swaggert, and haggard are how old, and haven't learned yet?

According to this evangelical hooplaw all little boys, and some not so little, sin multiple times while in their youths.
As well as later on in life. Haggard just pushes the bounds back a little bit more, for which those boyz can be thankful.

It's a matter of perspective. God loves sinners. I mean J's, how else can they be saved.
