The Youtube speeches where the teleprompter failed are a beam of light in a dark room making the rats scatter.

I had not realized until recently that this is why he speaks in such broken sentences, with the long pauses, inserting "uhhh"'s and "ummmmm"'s. He has to wait for the teleprompter! This is truly pathetic. It's also why he sometimes stumbles on the words, getting them wrong.
He even thanked himself on a recent occasion when someone forgot to switch to his speech! LOL
