I suspect you might be being sarcastic, but if not - it's not hard to argue with that. When the State of Hawai'i has verified all his records and you can look online and see the raised-seal certificate stating everything needed for legal documentation...
then on top of all that there are TWO separate birth announcements in Honolulu papers, it simply becomes mind boggling how anyone could continue to deny the facts.
Correct. If a statement isn't founded on logic, argumentation is doomed to fail. Joe the White Guy found himself in the unenviable position of coming up with a logical response to a huge problem in his little hypothesis, and so he tried to deflect with a non sequitur retort.
And as you accurately state, there's no arguing with his response. It's a soundbite with no bearing on the question he pretends to answer. The tools of logic can't be applied to it.

So what? Abortion laws were on the books for a hundred years before Roe v Wade. What is your point?
No one has taken the US code to the SCOTUS. Are you planning to do so?

Do you have any actual evidence of this? Not 'nobody knows if he changed his citizenship or not' but actual evidence.
There is no evidence that any of these parents changed their citizenship. e.g. parents of Chester Arthur, James Buchanan, and Woodrow Wilson. If they had filed for citizenship, there would be a public record. You need to do a search and look through some of the old "birther" threads. Some are quite detailed.

I don't know if he is, or isn't. Really don't care at this point. Do you have evidence that he is not?
Yes, his parent emigrated here shortly before he was born, by some accounts, a few months.

A newspaper notice is not a 'huge problem' to my argument.
If someone wants to submit a newspaper notice as evidence, the burden of proof is on them to prove:
a)its accuracy
b)its relevance
I can pay and post a newspaper notice that I married Morgan Fairchild. Doesn't mean it's true.
As I've said, even if Obama was born in Hawaii (and I personally think the odds are greater than 50% that he was), he may still not be a citizen and/or may not be constitutionally qualified to serve (i.e. if he holds dual or multiple citizenship, for example)
His father was a foreign national, whose citizenship may have automatically transferred at birth.
His mother may have been too young for citizenship to have automatically been conferred.
If it is found that he enrolled in school in Indonesia or Hawaii or in college under foreign or dual citizenship, a court might easily find him unqualified to serve, and possibly guilty of criminal fraud.
I think a bit of concern is starting to sink in on the Democratic side as this issue is only getter larger.
And if I were them, I'd be very concerned.
If Obama is found unqualified (and believe it or not, I hope he is qualified. That would be best for the country) then God help the Democrats.
It will be the end of their party.
No one will trust them again if they have covered up fraud of this magnitude.

This is all stuff dreamed up by you. Are you an immigration attorney? Or any kind of an attorney?
I have worked with moms and babies for years, and I can tell you, a teen mom, even an unmarried one, becomes "emancipated" by giving birth. A married woman becomes emancipated by getting married. What citizenship would Obama's mother confer if not US? She was a US citizen, as well as both her parents. Our citizenship system is not patriarchal, and if Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a US citizen no matter WHO his parents were!
