Well, that's probably true.

Their illusions are their treasures I guess.

I have a question. Is Orly admitted to practice in Federal Courts......all the districts where all, if any, of these suits have been filed? Is there somewhere to complain to the people who admit lawyers to practice in Federal Districts about lawyers practicing in those districts? I need go back and read and find out where this suit with Judge Carter is filed. Is that state or federal?

Thanks. I looked at first post. So it's the Central District of California, Southern Division.

Is there anywhere to file a complaint about lawyers practicing in federal court, particularly the Central District of California, Southern Division?

Also, would it be a problem for Orly if the Court finds that her lawsuit is indeed frivolous? I mean, could it be a problem if numerous courts find that she is filing frivolous lawsuits regarding this matter all over the place? If she is filing defective petitions in order to keep her money tree productive, perhaps at some point the Courts could sanction her?

Does anybody know anything about whether or not there is a place to file complaints about attorneys practicing in various federal courts, as one can file a bar complaint against an attorney who is a member of a state bar?

I fervently hope that on Oct 5 the judge denies the Motion to Dismiss and lets discovery go forward. This needs to be brought into open court and the Obama records unsealed.

There is a reason (or many reasons) that he is paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep his records sealed. It is mandatory that the reason(s) be revealed.

He is using his position as POTUS and his affiliations with marxists, communists, socialists and felons to undermine the Constitution, bypass the rule of Law and destroy the economy - at the very least, the American people are entitled to know who he really is.

His pandering to the United Nations, favoring of a "global" court, disdain for the CIA, apparent affection for the likes of Chavez & Castro and his desire to close Guantanamo are all indications of anti-americanism and total lack of concern for our national security. The military is certainly entitled to know of the commander in chief's real allegiances.

Hopefully, Judge Carter will have the belief in the Constitution and the cajones to take this all the way through to a resolution.

Look! Even Koot is worried about how Orly will do in a real hearing.

eliznj, i have probably asked you 5 times now for proof that obama has "spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep his records sealed." you've provided none.

some of the things the birthers are demanding obama "release" (in the laundry list that i think came from keyes) are publicly available documents, by the way.

other people have indicated a worldnet daily article that shows how much money he's spent on lawyers, period, since his campaign began (and your numbers are out of date, by the way, it's more than a million dollars now). there is absolutely no indication of what he was paying those lawyers to do, yet the assumption of the article was that every penny was spent defending against birther lawsuits. is that where your information came from?

yeah, obama has obviously spent some money having lawyers make motions to dismiss these cases. what should he do, let a case without merit go to trial and spend even more money on lawyers for the same end result? numerous judges have found every case taitz has managed to submit correctly (and even some that she didn't) to be without merit. i guess they're all in on the conspiracy.

I suspect that Judge Carter knows a BIT more about the Constitution than most people posting on C-D. I also suspect he knows a BIT more about the law and the federal rules of civil procedure than most people posting on C-D. I suspect Judge Carter's "cajones" will have nothing to do with the final result.

Your problems in re Obama can be taken dealt with in the voting booth at the next Presidential election. That simple.

Try to think a bit about this thought I have had since he refused to release anything that could prove his eligibility. No matter what any of it would prove it works better for him to keep things stirred up so we are continually fighting over the question. It keeps us from getting together on anything.
Let's keep an eye on how this diversion is used to keep our focus off of what the administration and Congress are *really* doing in the meantime.

As to his refusal to release school records, maybe he made some mistaken entries on those applications and enrollments, or organizations he belonged to, etc. Too many mistakes or revelations coming to light now might not reflect well on him, so best to keep them out of the limelight. As the saying goes, your past follows you, and sometimes it's prudent to keep a lock on it. Just look at Van Jones.

>quote<Today, Dr. Orly Taitz Esq., the Laguna Niguel dentist, lawyer and real estate agent who is attempting to sue Barack Obama out of office, appeared before Judge David O. Carter in Santa Ana's Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse. The occasion: a hearing in her lawsuit, Barnett vs Obama. We were there.

Midway through the hour-and-change hearing, it became clear that in Taitz's mind, today was going to be a day straight out of a Dean Koontz-Dan Brown mash-up novel. It didn't quite turn out that way.>/unquote<
