Questions #1,2,4,and 5 (of 5) are directly about health care. #3 is about Repubs working w/Obama and vv.

You can probably find the methodology. The WSJ is not a left-wing rag.

New York Times/CBS News Poll: Confusion Over Health Care - The New York Times

Is this the same poll? The OP didn't provide a link.

I don't think so. I'm just discussing the poll that was posted. It was WSJ/NBC.

On Acorns website of course.

I was waiting to see if any links showed up.

Amazing how they pick and choose certain polls to make things appear different.

If it makes them feel better, let them make up stuff and believe everything is just peachy.

The end of liberalism in America is near folks.

The only thing amazing about this poll (besides the fact that anyone trusts anything from nbc) is that it isn't even further in the blue direction.
BTW, when was the last time any of the msm's let a Republican even mention an alternative plan on the air? hint: it won't happen.

AND from NBC news no less. Goodness, the left will reach for anything to prove positives over their FAILURE these days. LOL! 1005 people represent over 300 million!

Love it!

Why would you expect people to understand. Look at the drop out rate in the country! He still polls way higher than just about anyother national politician. Just about hmmmmm? Who is his statistical competition?

I guess no one ever told you charts and studies as well as polls can be slanted anyway we want. But you go right ahead and believe what you want.

Cantor tells uninsured woman with growing tumors to Find Charity

Daily Kos: Cantor tells uninsured woman with growing tumors to Find Charity
He told her what she can do NOW, not in 2013 when the health care reform will start (if it gets passed). I've heard this story several times now and no one mentions that the first thing he told her was that she might already be elligible for Medicaid. People try to make this look like Cantor is being cold hearted when he advises this woman because you don't see empathy on his face. He's helping her, not campaigning off of what she just told him by saying something like, "This kind thing is the reason this country needs health care reform now."

Something to point out, she lost her job....when she did, she had the option to take COBRA and apparently declined (otherwise, she'd still have coverage). I don't know what state she's from but, she also could have applied for individual coverage. If her health status was an issue at that time (which I'm thinking it wasn't since she opted not to take COBRA), she should have taken the COBRA until it was exhausted and then used to HIPAA certificate to get guaranteed individual coverage (including any pre-ex's). I know this doesn't help her now but, it's not like she didn't have options and that losing your job means automatically losing your coverage. People should call a broker when they have questions, instead of making a bunch of phone calls and trying to wing it on their own....brokers can tell you immediately what's possible for each person's situation and there's no extra charge for using one (just make sure they're reputable).
