He would be stupid not to, considering the amount of non stop LIES put forth by the right wing spin machines. Even with his constant bombardment of his proposal(s) well meaning people (that is every day people, not the stupid liars you read here everyday) still are confused about it all. They are only confused because one group of people do everything in their power to muddy it all up: The Republicans.

The people are smart. They know a liar when they hear and see one.

Like obama's claim that mandating HC insurance is not a tax, when it is right there in the language of the bill, to be exacted by the IRS, not to mention being pointed out in disbelief by George S from the dictionary.

See, when people hear crap like that, they think, the man's a liar.

Just take any of the myriad of claims he has made and then altered to fit his spewing rhetoric.

BTW, when was the last time any of the msm's let a Republican even mention an alternative plan on the air? hint: it won't happen.

I've been hearing about Max Bacchus's plan a lot on NPR, haven't heard much else from the Republican camp. Are there other plans that you know of?
