Supporting the insurance companies by denying a public option buys you this! The health insurance companies don't see us as human beings but rather "dogs" or "train wrecks" that they need to get off of their roles. Keep supporting the insurance companies if you have no self respect or are not pro-life!!!!!
Trying to set things straight, there are 2 camps on this debate,
the pro-american/capitalist,which wants minor changes within the existing system
& the antiamerican/pro-european/socialist, which wants either a govco or a govt takeover,
as in CAN ,UK & Europe...
These 2 camps are engaged in a dialogue between deaf,
because they have fundamental differences...
Either the euro system is better than the USA system,or vice versa...
I have knowledge & experience of the euro socialist system,
so I can insist that socialised medicine is beautiful & charming on the outside,
ugly & malfunctioning on the inside...
So the bottom line is...
Those who like the CAN/Euro system, should emigrate there & enjoy it...
Conservatives are afraid to let insurance companies face real
competition, even though competition is as American as apple pie. So

Come on,there is no real competition between a cat ( government )
& a mouse ( private company)...
For the government to force us to buy any product or service, as a function of being a citizen in America, is nothing short of tyranny. If they can force us to buy health insurance, they can force us to give up our wealth for any damn reason they want.
I know some people in the 0bama administration that would agree with the idea of forced sterilization.
