Anyone who honestly thinks that prostitution is not wrong is delusional.
So 18 year olds are not old enough to drink but are somehow old enough to sell their bodies? Keep in mind that the 18-yr old was only a 17 year old kid just the year prior ....
Good point. Eighteen year olds are legally adults and should have access to all services, products, etc. available to other adults over 21 years of age. After all, 18 years old is old enough to volunteer for military service - keeping in mind that the 18-yr old was only a 17 year old kid just the year prior.

It is delusional to be a self-anointed speaker for everybody. Are you a hypocrite who likes to tell others what they can or cannot do, but can't take it when the favor is returned to you?

Cant believe Im agreeing with you irspow.
Legalizing it wouldnt mean the streetcorner pimps and prostitutes would stay the same, just be doing the same thing legally.

So the solution to every wrong act is the legalize it and give it legitimacy? What kind of logic is this? How do you expect to reduce the incidence of prostitution by legalizing it? When society makes something legal, it is making the statement that it's ok and there is NOTHING ok about prostitution! Anyone who voluntarily chooses to give up control of her body to a complete stranger has some serious mental issues and this is NOT something our society needs to legitimize.
The post you quoted is at the heart of all of my "kooky" stances. You should refer to it whenever I act like an idiot. It is the very foundation of all of my "insanity".
