So true.

I spent almost a decade in the restaurant business. That field is so full of tax-cheating and law breaking it's mind boggling.... so much under-the-table shenanigans.

Set aside vilifying illegal immigrants for a minute...\ how about dealing with the tax-cheating, law-breaking American small business owners?

Well, for one thing, it is not the topic of this thread. Might be why it is not being addressed.

Joe Wilson had the guts to say so.
Joe Wilson was proved right. Illegals will be allowed to buy into Obamacare.

Yet the MSM put him down. His own peers put him down.
Joe was no liar as it turns out but Joe will not get any apologies from those that turned on him.

Don't worry about it, when the immigrants figure out there are no jobs here, they'll leave and go to China or India.

It should be clear enough that recent presidents and their administrations have been encouraging and fostering immigration from Mexico, legal and illegal. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, while governor of Arizona, demonstrated support of illegal's and illegal immigration all the while she was governor.
A guaranteed 12 milllion votes from these leemings for the socialist party and a disaster for the country

Their estimation of 12 million is way off I'm sure.

Interesting article on how that 12 million came about....government figures 500,000 overstay each year since 1986.

Border patrol though puts estimates at 60-70 million.

Just how many illegal aliens are in the United States?

ONLY BECAUSE they can pay back into our system and it would cost wayyy too much to gather them all and deport them.

Make them legal (I hate it too-TRUST me) AND THEN make border security so tight that even a cricket cannot go through with the tax money THEY will start paying.
Then why would anyone try to come to the U.S. Legally? Are we going to, as a country discriminate against the millions of Immigrants that worked hard to do things the right way and allow American citizenship, which is prized the world over, be cheapened?

Also, if many of the Illegals become "legal", they will be eligible for many government freebees, without having anchor babies, and would prove catastrophic to the economy..

That is not a factual statement.. All one has to do is visit a Human Services office in California and it is FLOODED with Spanish-speaking people..

Or Texas. Or a south Texas hospital. Or go to the public schools and see who is eating the free breakfasts.
