This is appalling! I, as a conservative Christian, do NOT advocate for these types of laws. I sincerely doubt that other Conservative Christians would agree that this is not right.
You mean you 'doubt they wouldn't agree' that this is not right?
The country of Uganda is considering a law that will apply the death penalty to people who engage in acts of homosexuality. Many Republican Christians in this country are in favour of these laws.
One part of the new law states that, not only does it apply to all acts of homosexuality in Uganda itself, whether committed by a foreigner or a citizen BUT the law also applies to ALL citizens of Uganda no matter WHERE they reside in the world. The law says they shall be EXTRADITED to Uganda to face a possible death sentence. So if 2 homosexuals have a rump romp here in the USA and one of them is from Uganda and the government of Uganda request we extradite that homosexual to face possible death, should the United States honour that request?
Yeah, because homosexuality didn't use to be a capital offense here in the good old Christian US of A.
Yes but most Christians have at least modernized.
I do not see them blowing people up or calling for peoples death unlike Muslims. Actually, I do not see people of any other faith screaming about killing infidels like Muslims. When a Christian does something terrible, other Christians call him/her out on it. Muslims stay silent.
It happened in the past. That is regretful. Just like slavery happened and that is also regretful and terrible. But gays should NEVER be put to death just for being gay. Let them be with who they want. Let them love who they want. What is it to anyone?

No; he just likes to stir up the hornets nest; it's what he does. He even does it to his fellow lefties occasionally. Notice, he hasn't returned to this thread as of yet.
