Yes because Rush would never EVER say such a thing in context now would he?
Well.... lets say he complained about using U.S. tax dollars to assist Haiti. And PLEASE NOTE I am not saying he said this.... I just want to make a point of 'in context' vs. 'out of context'.
Would this be the same as saying "do not donate to Haiti"?
Why do some of you just make things up!!!??? He never said not to donate!! He said to donate to outside charities!! Why would he not want to help the people in Haiti?? What is wrong with some of you??? Talk about being mean..have some of you looked at the things you write about other people?
This latest episode confirms that Rush fans will support Limbaugh no matter what he says or does. Get hooked on synthetic heroin, give the guy a break, get busted with a suitcase full of viagra in a sex tourism country, no biggie, call Obama a "Negro" it's a parody, he was quoting someone else, tell people that other people are already donating and you don't need to, what's the big deal. Even conservative Pat Buchannan criticized Limbaugh for his latest statment. Limbaugh can come out tomorrow and call Obama the n word and his fans will respond with the predictable response "it was taken out of context, he was joking, he was merely quoting someone else"
Mindless sheep
Talk about melodramatic, crikey.
Rush was never hooked on heroin.
A vial of viagra is not a suitcase full.
Negro is a not a racist word. Out of date word but not racist. If it is then don't pester me to donate to the "United Negro College Fund".
If you listen to his show much of what he does IS to quote people and then provide his analysis and opinion about it.
Rush never said not to donate and only reminded people that what the USA sends in government aid is not "free money" but us taxpayers that pay the bill.
Pat Buchanan is free to criticize Rush all he wants. I have no problem with a rational and free debate. That doesn't mean I have to agree with Pat or Rush. I can think for myself.
If the n word is uttered on Rush's show it just might be he was quoting someone, but then again the actual facts and reality are not important to you, only raging hysteria.
And the whole problem is - Haiti is the Clinton legacy, a great example of our government getting involved and throwing all kinds of money at a problem but making the problem worse. Some nation building.
Why would anyone actually want to go to his website? I can't stand to see his name for crying out loud.
Regardless. With him in particular, what you're suggesting is akin to someone saying one thing and then later saying, "Well,, I was just kidding" when they get called out.
It's all in the agenda. And if one thing is clear, Rush is always working his agenda.
Well then you'd actually have to read what he really said rather than believing everything the Daily Kos says.

It's in Rush's best interests to exploit his listeners' natural selfishness.
He's awful but he aint stupid.
