Guess it has to be determined if Obama has the authority to order a court martial.
No it won't. His court martial will last about 1/2 hour. He will be convicted. He will most likely serve hard time. He will be dismissed from the service without veteran benefits.

Every since clinton our troops have been treated bad and sent to questionable wars . First the clintons gave a christian nation to the muslims , then bush comes in and destroys a nation that had nothing to do with 911 then sets up footbaths all over America for a radical religian while American can't even say a prayer at a high school football game . Now obama has not only did what he said he would but increased the war . He should be forced to prove who he is, plain and simple.

The first is "Missing Movement" a serious crime in the nature of a felony for failing to deploy to Afghanistan.
The second is disobeying a direct order, and there are four specifications (separate instances) of this charge. Any soldier convicted on all charges and specifications would expect to be sentenced to years at "hard labor" in the penitentiary.
