I am not surprised the Panthers chose to give another game away. How stupid?! If I were the Panthers, I would fire Offensive Coordinator Joe Brady immediately, and put Head Coach Matt Rhule on the hot seat to call offensive plays.

I thought the Giants would have too much trouble with Carolina's aggressive defensive schemes. I did not expect the offensive line to hold up at all.
Sam Darnold didnt play well at all...that didnt help the Panthers cause, either.
Bad teams make plays to lose games and Ximines jumping offsides on Holmes' interception late in the game exemplifies that.
Daniel Jones taking 2 sacks on the final drive as well. They would've needed a miracle anyways, but Jones taking the sack on 2nd down really didn't help matters and then the 4th down sack was dreadful. I ALWAYS say in the final minute or final 5 minutes whatever, the trailing team I cannot for the life of me understand why the QB doesn't just throw it as soon as they see pressure. Who the %$#k cares if it gets intercepted your losing the game ahyways!!! And it's not soccer where aggregate score at the end of the season can potential decide a winner, so if you lose by 3 or by 10 because that 4th down pass that the linebacker intercepted and returned for a touchdown because the QB was pressured and got rid of the ball, does it really matter in the end?? Throw the damn ball (and on second down too!)

This season, when teams know the Giants have to throw the ball, it is just terrible. The offensive line is so bad, that you dont get any time to sit in the pocket at all. Thus, I knew they were not going to move the ball at all in order to try a game-tying FG.
All that said, I agree with you: The second down sack really ended whatever miracle shot they had. I can somewhat forgive the fourth down sack, but yeah, you have got to at least give someone a chance to make a play. Just throw it up to someone in a one on one matchup if you can, and hope for the best...
