My IPad mini had a mostly dead battery. We took it to Batteries Plus and found out they would have to order the right battery. Long story short it will probably be 2 weeks before the mini is operational again. I will lose the six Scrabble games I have going on it. Phooey!
I already have some Thanksgiving Pilgrim figurines that I inherited from my mom - they are probably from the 1970s. She always loved them so in a way I love them too. They always adorn my fall table or decorations or whatever.
So today I found some Native American figurines holding corn and other bounty from the fields. They were about the same scale. So...should I buy them or not? Is it politically correct or incorrect?
I decided to just buy them and display them. It is what it is. That's what Thanksgiving is about, right? Pilgrims and Native Americans?
