he was outside circling the store acting in a bizarre manner, doing some sort of dance, kneeling on his knees in the bushes, and creating a scene.
Typical behavior of a 26 year old ivy league graduate studying to become a doctor.
He's obviously intelligent enough to analyze the situation and know that such odd behavior may cause someone to call the police on him, especially in Cary where such behavior is not the norm. Amirite Champagne?
To set the record straight... he was questioned because he was outside circling the store acting in a bizarre manner, doing some sort of dance, kneeling on his knees in the bushes, and creating a scene. .. I happened to be visiting the store as this was happening. Although I do believe that it was a little much for someone to have called the police on him... I do want to set the record straight that this WAS NOT an act of racism. The store manager came out after finding out what happened and apologized to him profusely and said he was ALWAYS welcome in that store.
The problem with society is that people always want to play the race card when in reality, it has nothing to do with that. If you don’t want to get the police called on you, don’t go circling the store doing some weird dance, and kneeling down in the bushes, ESPECIALLY if you think we live in a sensitive racial climate.
Don’t blame a company for your sons actions.
Next time you tell stories, get your facts straight on what your son was ACTUALLY doing.
No offense meant but...I have no idea if your comments are authentic or not. I have no idea if the original poster's comments are real or not. I have no idea of how much embellishment was used on either comments.
So...I take about 50% of what I read as accurate.
Based on your story, sounds like the dude had TOO MUCH COFFEE! (joke for those with no sense of humor)

No offense taken. I understand ya’lls apprehension to take what I said with a grain of salt... truth be told, I’d do the same. But I visit this store more days than I don’t and when I saw this thread it infuriated me because these people that work there are good people... not racist. I created an account so I could tell what actually happened. Take it for what you guys want... but that’s the truth of the matter.
I guess the saying goes... there’s always three sides to every story...
P.S Perhaps he did have too much caffeine! 😂

I know when I first wake up...I walk around with one eye open until I have my coffee!!!
I'm more puzzled about spending $10,000/year at Starbucks.
Perhaps it was a typo. Maybe she tried typing $10.000
