Barb what wonderful news. When we looked in FL to buy we didn't find a house until two days before we were supposed to fly home. You really do work fast but that is Ca and agents there just seem to know what you are looking for and also they think outside the box. In Fl our agent showed us only homes in what she thought are price range was. Granted I did say all I wanted to spend was a certain am't but that's what I mean about thinking outside the box.

Boo, if it makes you feel any better, we lost 100,000 on the house we sold in August..stinks..but we had to sell, so...we were hoping we could make it up on the buying end..guess we did...or will...

Thanks, Kristine, I took more pictures and when I get my laptop online again I will post some other pictures..
Here is what I have been told..subject to short sale means that the house is on the market, but any offers have to start the bank process..could take up to 100 days if it goes at all..approved short sale means the house has been through the bank process, bank approved the price and ready to sell. I think.
I know we have a deal and the bank part is done so now it is just escrow and lending..
Chickrae is going through short sale..she might be able to shed more light..all I know is the majority of homes in this area are short sale, pain.

Boo if it makes you feel any better we also lost a lot on our FL home but it was so worth not paying two mortgages.
