Boy it's quiet here at camp, but full of nuts outside the perimeter. Geeze is there a full moon?? They are kinda vicious out there today. Either sellers are crazy or buyers are crazy. Dont they knwo you can price a house whatever the sam hill you want, but if there are no buyers to begin with, what good is it to worry so much about the price!! UGH

Any I what I had said was it has been kinda vicious outside of camp perimeter. With as many know it all's as there are out there, I am shciked th market is as bad as it is, in general. You'd think some of them have it all figured out they woulda wrote a book to save us all by now !!! LOL
