Hammey, I read your posts and I read it twice before I realized you said "dinks" I read a ck there and agreed, lol, my bad.
OKay gals I sent a nasty little email to my agent to show the buyers agent and brokers on both sides. Got an email back that said dont be surprised if they still go to closing---do what??? The agent sent a email back saying she will call tomorrow and no she wasn't giving the earnest money back and that she told them why and they are okay with it. NO Flippin idea what is going on, my agent isnt answering the phones sooo.
I am showing the little house at 6:30 tonight to another lady and I told her 10k more and she is thrilled, we will see what happens. Told my agent he better get me a license by then because I will probably be the one selling it since I show it more than anyone.

Dinks and the ck word are one in the same with me. Dinks is just a more feminine to say the ck word. IMO anyway. LOL
Hope it's okay if I pop in here. I'm buying and selling right now--the buying is progressing much better than the selling but I suppose that's the way things are going right now.
Anyway, nice to meet you all, and thanks to the person who suggested I come on over and check out this thread!
