You know, seriously, I cannot for the life of me understand why people waste their time trying to convince sellers that they're "delusional" or "crazy," or even insinuate we're lying about things because we're selling and we don't have to give our property away???!!!! It smacks of them trying to convince themselves more than anything that hey, we're still in control. We're the buyers. Right? Right? We're still in control, aren't we???? LOL!

The funny thing to me is how vehemently they try to convince us that we're wrong. If, for the sake of argument, we were, then why would they even bother? Why not just go about your business and find a home? BECAUSE THEY'RE UNREALISTIC and it isn't out there. But they want to turn the tables on the sellers and call us unrealistic. If I didn't hate that slap your head emoticon so much I'd use it here! LOL!
