What made me happy? Nothing today. I know what made me sad, I lost a very special lady who I will never be able to forget.

Since I lost my car, I've been walking everywhere and getting quite a workout on my bike aswell. I'm exhausted, but happy! (Cause of the work out my body is getting.)

i saw the most impressive rainbow i've ever seen, yesterday. it rained for 4 days straight, stopped, and everything suddenly lit up bright yellow around 6pm yesterday. it was peculiar, people started filing out of their homes into the street to look at it.

I just finished making a pot of my MIL's recipe for Moroccan Harira Soup (one of my DH's favorites).

I know that will make him happy ...and when he's happy

As self-idulgent as it is to pretend that anyone here really gives a flying monkey's ass what I did today that made me happy, I will divulge anyway.

Today I learned a couple things. 1. No matter how fast I try to drive to the office, I NEVER get there any faster. And 2. Rham Emanuel is a midget.

I do! Particularly when the rest of the crowd who are 2 or 3 hours ahead of me leave for their happy hours and I continue rotting here!

Rest assured, no happy hour for me today.

I celebrated the end of the week a bit pre-maturely last night and am paying for it today.
