Yeah, it's "effing hot!!" I was in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago and it hit 90 one day. Dry heat my a**!! While it wasn't as miserable with the humidity on the east coast it was still freaking hot. I'm going to die out there.
Damn, I wasted my whole day! Spent all this time deliberating over resorts only to see in videos a little earlier that the water is way rougher than I like it! I thought it'd be the same as at an adjacent area I'd already seen before. I'm running out of time and can't make a damn decision! Too much info these days, too much damn info! Otherwise, you just go and deal with whatever it is! Now I'm just tired and frustrated and nothing got done!
Info overload, Creme - happens to the best of 'em.
I just know how it's gonna turn out... That's why I've been putting it off forever! I'd already figured I'm in no mood to deal with too much planning and searching and decided to return to an area I'm familiar with, but you can't be familiar with every darn beach! And what pis*sed me off the most was expedia's scams! After they figured which resorts I'm looking at they started popping up messages "only 2 tickets left at this price," "only 1 room left," etc. BS. I just opened firefox out of curiosity and sure enough there were no such warnings!
I just don't feel like going to the very same hotel twice... Learned one lesson last time, though. I was so enchanted by this jungle resort on one of the world's best beaches. My thrill lasted only 2 mornings of being awaken up at 4 a.m. by Hitchcock birds and I ended up moving to a sister property (at least there was such an option). Was looking at a similar one today and said "nooo, noooo, nooo, no!"
Good, we need to get the fund up so that MM can paint me up.......
