OMG.

Yes we are equal. Period. Within the same parameters men are equal.

Any dude here.... you want to go against an Olympic athlete. ROFLMAO.

We are equal in that we are allowed to complete with you as equals. Would I rather see sporting events as men/women... yes. It's true we do not have the same physical strength, so it is separated.

When it comes to jobs? Yes, I believe in complete equality, no double set of standards. I don't want some woman who had less physical fitness to rescue me from a burning building.

Outside of this extremely narrow, pathetic area.... no way.

Suggestion to you: move away from the bowling alley, trailer park, welfare office or miniature golf venue and frequent a graduate school. Your reality will become more "real."
Is this why we get such strange opinions from the guys on this forum?

Don't know about other guys, by my last girlfriend was this way. She said it was not her responsibly to plan vacations. She said it was my job to plan vacations, and within each vacation day I had to plan out the events from morning to night along with pay for everything.

I remember in Las Vegas we got into a huge fight because I wanted to sleep in and just wake up and "do whatever", where as she wanted to get up early and do all these things that were planed and paid for by me.

It sucked, I felt like I was her concierge, not her boyfriend.

My husband has requested that I do LESS planning on our next vacation. I make all the plans for every vacation - and he always has a great time - but he said that he wants our next vacation to be a bit more relaxing! Oh - and by less planning it doesn't mean he is going to plan it - he just wants to do more "relaxing on the beach" and less "see everything there is to see" kind of stuff. I'm too much of a travel fanatic to let someone else do all the planning!

I've never encountered so many men complaining about women who don't invite men on romantic dates, drive them around, take their coats, lead while dancing, help them across puddles, rescue them from spiders, take them gently in arms and kiss them, and finally kneel to offer men big sparkly engagement rings and have the big day with the groom escorted down the aisle by his mom. And why does only the BRIDE get the fancy outfit? No fair!

I swear the ONLY place I ever hear guys complain about not being treated like a girly girl is on City-Data. And there's a bunch of them!

Um, dude, you chose to date this woman. Maybe you should stop dating princesses if it makes you feel so demeaned.

i totally agree.. i guess they're embarassed to talk about it among people they know.

however, read the female responses and they are just as clueless about the matter. It's no secret why some of these guys are confused when you look at the advice they're being given.
