Not just pink. It's actually certain variants of pink and purple, like fuscia, hot pink, biright azure and lilac.
I am a long time hot pink/fuchsia wearer. Branching out into yellow and turquoise this year. still trying to figure out orange, but I have some red-orange now.

Maybe bright colors will make me seem older.
Trust me. Dark skin and yellow don't go hand in hand always. I'm using my personal example, yes. Turquoise and Aqua, big time. There's also a variant of aqua called scuba green. They will look dapper on you.
I realize gingham season is coming to an end, but fall is just here, but you're in California and there's no real winter. So you can wear gingham check shirts all year. Girls in gingham checks drive the crocodile so crazy that he comes out of his muddy swamps in adoration. A pink/fuchsia gingham top on you, you will have younger and older stags messaging you day in and day out.
Check this out, Carrie wearing Thomas Pink. I don't watch sex and the city, but it's hard to ignore Thomas Pink from the media. Them with crystal cufflinks..... that's what makes any woman young, yum!

Wow, a woman who is worried she doesn't look old enough?
Well, maybe your not meeting men in the right place. Are there any places you can go, hang out, or participate at that attract a little older crowd? Or maybe try online dating where you can filter by age right away?
It does get annoying. Too much of a good thing. Whenever you go out, people assume you can't drink or smoke yet. They also ask for IDs. And don't be surprised if those college kids ask you out.

I'll take the bet that you look as old as you are.
Why rant about something that's a positive? When you're 50, you'll probably look 35-40.
It can be an issue. I too have the same 'problem' as the OP. I look extremely young, despite being in my early 30's. Usually, when I wear my work attire which consist mostly of business suits, I look a little older. On weekends however, I'm often mistaken for a college age student, when I'm wearing my jeans and tee-shirt.
I am 42 and get hit on by guys in their 20s. They are.horny and hit on everyone they'd like to bang. Don't let it.go to your head!
