You men would opt for saggy breasts over lifted, fuller ones?
I would post or link to before & afters of some women who've had "mommy makeovers", but being this is a PG-13 site I don't think the mods would appreciate it. BUT I do believe those photos would help some men better understand what some implants look like as opposed to the ones they're used to noticing on women.
Maybe. Depends on how they look. I might go with the saggies, because they are natural.

They are still fake. Even if I couldn't tell, as soon as im told, it would be a major negative.
Most woman get implants that are too big and its highly noticeable.
A boob should not bulge and balloon at the top the same way it does at the bottom. Its just gross.

Can I vote for neither? Although I completely understand if a woman gets implants to regain some of that youthful perkiness. What I have a harder time understanding is when a woman wants to go from small, natural breasts that actually have a nice shape to enormous, incredibly fake looking beach balls. Actually I guess it's not terribly hard to understand considering how so many men go nuts over enormous boobs. Just another reason why I can't relate to women or men.
Polar opposites? I think that's the in-between that many men on here forget about because those women aren't putting them out for display. The men on here seem to see it as a black & white issue and that the only reason why a woman goes for implants is to be noticeably bigger, which isn't the case for a lot of women.

Of course I would take the lifted and fake over saggy and droopy, what kind of stupid question is that?
That's like me asking a woman who doesn't prefer a large penis if she'd take that or a flaccid one the size of her pinky.
Now ask me a more reasonable question like, would I prefer a natural 36C (for example) or a fake 36C.

Just for the record - I'm not saying that there are no men that do not like fake boobs. I'm just saying that if someone says they prefer natural boobs - they aren't lying.
Plus - I also think that the reasons behind implants can really influence everything. A woman that has A cups that wants to go to EEE's to get more attention - well, I think that a guy who likes natural boobs probably would have no interest in her. But there are all sorts of reasons that people get implants. I've known 3 people off the top of my head that have had implants. One was a college friend that went from tiny boobs to DD's. She was really petite and it didn't really look right on her body. I think she has since had them removed - she had them done in college. The other two women I know that have implants had breast cancer. They didn't augment their breasts - just replaced them. I think that's totally different than getting them because you just want bigger tata's. And getting a lift - well, being a DD girl who is about to stop breastfeeding and hopefully have another baby sometime - I have to admit - it might be tempting! I don't think I would ever do it - but I can certainly understand it!

I'm not arguing that some guys don't prefer real breasts, but I think many men only take into consideration women who tend to get implants and put them out on display. So are they turned off on the breasts or the women who put them out there?
I was a G/H cup when not pregnant and do you know how many men and women questioned whether mine were real?
I'm now a DD (borderline DDD) due to weight loss (apparently I lost it all from my breasts ) and my "figure" is not what it once was. Unfortunately the only way to see the difference is when people view before and afters on surgical sites (not porn sites!) of every day women, not women who showcase themselves in the media.
Why am I not shocked that you're missing my point.
