It's funny because guys all want pics of a girls bod but girls just want a nice portrait of a guys face. I don't do online dating anymore but if I did I would want a full body pic with a confirmed date on it. For every guy that says he's making 100k there's a fat chick that says she's average or curvy.
eff online dating in the face
This is to imply that "fat chicks" can't be curvy, which is quite the falsity. Yes, there are fat women who are not curvy and call themselves so, just as there are thin women who do the same. However, there is no weight requirement on curves.
Impressive to whom? Most women do appreciate a nice-looking, fit man, but plenty of us don't care if he's "totally ripped". That's the kind of thing that men do to impress each other, not women.
Correction: Impressive to whom? Most women do appreciate a nice-looking, fit man, but plenty of us, like myself, don't care if he's "totally ripped". That's the kind of thing that men do to impress each other and hot chicks looking to hook up, not women like myself.
Fair enough. But some guys do prefer the sl*tty look. Perhaps women are targeting those guys.
Yes. There will be some guys who will be attracted to girls doing those slutty poses on their pics (boobs popping out of their shirt, pucker lips, curving their backs, etc.) just like there will be girls attracted to guys who post pics of them flexing their muscles without their shirts on. To each, their own, eh?
Any guy with a shirtless photo he took himself in the mirror is automatically dismissed.
I wrote about this a few months ago in my idiotic blog when I composed an entry about my online dating experience. //www.city-data.com/blogs/blog3...e-okcupid.html I would occasionally receive messages from guys who posted self-photos of themselves shirtless. The photos were almost always blurry cellphone pictures taken of a reflection in a mirror. They would always make me roll my eyes and shake my head in dismay. I think a guy might be able to get away with a shirtless photo if it were taken during some activity, and there was no blatant egotistical posing... I stress the word "might".
