I agree. I have a friend who has 3 kids under 10 (she's my age-29) who has no problem finding a man. 9/10 times they end up moving in together, but these men aren't exactly the pick of the litter....

Your right, you didn't say "all guys" and your wrong, you didn't say "some" and nor did I. You gave your opinion based on what you'd seen and so did I.

Thats what I don't understand, why don't people who have kids date other people who have kids? Problem solved! You can be just like the brady bunch.

That's such a stupid thing to say there's no way you can be serious.

No, I don't for the reasons I stated in the two sentences following what you bolded. Again it is my preference based on how I currently live and would like to continue living for a little while longer.

Well it's just their preference not to date a single mom, that's what preferences are abut. They don't have to give people a chance if they don't want to. Some people will automatically disqualify a person for living with their parents, some people don't want to date someone outside their "race" some people don't date blondes or only date blondes, or 'fatties" or thin people. People get disqualified all the time

Why is that stupid? Women with kids aren't exactly at the top of the dating food chain, and it makes no sense to chase men who don't have kids. They need to be looking at other single parents, both of them have the same background and a better understanding of each others situation.
