Whether someone is overweight at a certain height and weight has a lot to do with whether it's muscle or fat (and what they tend to gain and where) and what their frame is like. Someone who's 200 lbs at 5'10 might have a lot of muscle (or might just look pretty average-sized), but on a man whose skeleton is narrower that might be too much weight. This applies to women too - if you have a narrower frame odds are you'll look heavier at a lower weight than someone who has a wider, curvier frame.
